Athena
Athena Thiel teaches, coaches and mentors women on how to become aware of and allow abundance into their lives, so they can authentically create a life they love! She works with both individual clients and groups, offering her programs online and in person. She loves collaborating and connecting people - as she believes that abundance is magnified when it's shared. A seeker herself, she's constantly learning, creating and sharing.
Laura
Laura Paulsell (RYT500) is a yoga teacher, author, and musician, who strives to teach inclusive, heart centered, and mindful practices to alleviate suffering and support students on their spiritual journey. She received 500 hours of yoga training at the Kula Kamala Ashram in Reading, PA, under the guidance of Swamini Shraddhananda Saraswati. Laura is currently enrolled at Loyola Marymount University, obtaining a master's degree in yoga studies. Upon graduation she will work as a certified Yoga Therapist. Her vision over the coming months is to offer wellness and yoga practices in studio, at hospitals and in integrative health centers. Laura has played the violin for 30 years and often incorporates live music and chanting into her classes. Her book The Kingdom of Eldon Cross is available on Amazon.
